Sheridan College Professor of Dance Stephine Koltiska will present Moment in Time, a student dance performance exploring personal growth and self-reflection.

During an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Koltiska said the performance celebrates the mundane by elevating everyday activities to an artistic performance and takes a look into human relationships as the life changing experiences we all share.

Performed by nine students from both dance and theatre programs, Koltiska said the choreography is a culmination of creative minds, featuring herself, Brandon Welch, Sabrina Culp and Koltiska’s student collaborators.

The production focuses on meeting oneself where they are through movement and storytelling. The performance will take place at 7 p.m. Friday, April 10, at Sheridan College in Kinnison Hall.

Audience members can expect a thoughtful and expressive evening highlighting collaboration, creativity and the evolving voices of student performers.
