YMCA Working to Restore Free Community Breakfast Tradition

Sheridan County YMCA Executive Director Liz Cassiday made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse and invited the community to join the Y team in restoring a tasty tradition. 

Often used as a fundraiser, pancake breakfasts bring communities together over a warm stack of flapjacks and fellowship. Cassiday and her team are working to bring that back.

Cassiday said the local YMCA used to hold these events at no cost in an effort to build that sense of community and to bring families together for the most important meal of the day.
