Buffalo Council Approves GTI Minor Subdivision Final Plat

Buffalo’s City Council has approved the GTI Minor Subdivision Final Plat on a unanimous vote.

Mayor Shane Schrader discussed the application further.

The subdivision is within one mile of the city limits, requiring both Johnson County and the city to approve it.

According to County Planner Jim Waller, the plat proposes a 3-lot commercial subdivision just off of TW Road east of Buffalo.
