Sheridan Commission OKs NOI for Vacation of Banner-Story Road

A Notice of Intent (NOI) to vacate a portion of County Road 141 a.k.a. Old Banner-Story Road, a.k.a. Piney-Prairie Dog Creek Road was considered by the Sheridan County Commission.

County Engineer Ken Muller, appointed as viewer in the matter, gave his report to the commission.

The commission voted to approve publishing the NOI to vacate the property.

Those wishing to respond to submit written objections or claims for damages may do so through the County Clerk’s office no later than 12 noon on March 19, 2026.
