Johnson County’s Commissioners approved an extension to an existing Cooperative Agreement with Sheridan County for sharing of a Public Health Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.

Commission Chair Bill Novotny explained what the agreement entails.

Sheridan County also voted to extend the agreement during their meeting last week.

The original agreement from 2018 established that the coordinator employed by Johnson County would have new additional duties in Sheridan County, with administration performed by Sheridan County.
