JCSD1 Board Approves Employment Recommendations
Johnson County School District One’s Board of trustees approved the employment list presented at this week’s school board meeting.
The board accepted the resignations of Buffalo High School Principal Jodi Ibach; Pennie Caldwell, elementary teacher; Richard Danforth, Kaycee Head Girls Basketball Coach; BHS Student Council Sponsor Cristopher Cox; elementary teacher Patricia Holt; Tia Schmidt, para at Meadowlark Elementary; and Cindy Marton, Title 1 teacher at Meadowlark.
Also approved were the recommendations for a nurse, assistance volleyball coach, math instructor, bus driver and a custodian.
A number of transfers within the district were also approved.

LuAnn Miller – Nurse, Meadowlark/Cloud Peak (replaces Ashley Hunkins)
Morgan Kremers – Asst. Volleyball Coach, Clear Creek Middle School (replaces Ashley Mines)
Karisa Brown – Math Instructor, Kaycee (replaces Michelle Gardner)
Beverly Taylor – Bus Route Driver, Buffalo(replaces Carol Charles)
Brook Ochs – Custodian, Cloud Peak Elementary School (replaces Connie Cole)
Resignation:
Pennie Caldwell – Elementary Teacher, Meadowlark Elementary (effective June 30, 2020)
Richard Danforth – Head Girls Basketball Coach, Kaycee High School (effective immediately)
Christopher Cox – Student Council Sponsor, Buffalo High School (effective end of year)
Patricia Holt – Elementary Teacher, Cloud Peak Elementary (effective June 30, 2020)
