Motorcycle Crash Results in Fatality

At approximately 2:28 a.m. on September 21, 2025, Sheridan Police Department Officers
responded to the 400 block of East Montana Street for a report of a single-vehicle motorcycle crash. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the operator of the motorcycle, a 39-year-old male, was deceased on scene. The crash is still under investigation by the Sheridan Police Department. Sheridan County Coroner Dr. Robert Byrd identified the man as Jamie Chapman of Sheridan.
