Buffalo Council Passes Water Rate Amendment on Second Read

The Buffalo City Council has passed a second reading of the Ordinance to amend city code concerning water rates.

According to Mayor Shane Schrader, there were no change in the Ordinance between the first and second readings.

At the council’s last meeting, City Clerk/Treasurer Julie Silbernagel explained the proposed changes.

The Ordinance will require a third and final reading at their next meeting April 15 to take effect.
