Sheridan Commission OK’s NOI for Vacations in Downer Addition
Sheridan County’s Commissioners discussed a Resolution for a Notice of Intent (NOI) for the vacation of numerous rights-of-way in the Downer Addition.
County Engineer Ken Muller discussed his findings as the appointed viewer with the commission at their last meeting.
The commission voted to approve the Resolution for the NOI to be published, informing the public of the proposal.
