Buffalo Council OKs Ask for Project Bid Exception

At their meeting this week, Buffalo’s City Council approved a request to submit a bid exception to the state on a proposed city project.

Mayor Shane Schrader explained the need for the exception.

Mayor Schrader further explained that once the council voted for the request for the bid exception, he could then submit a letter to Governor Mark Gordon to ask for approval.
