The City of Sheridan will soon be hosting a second public meeting on the Transportation Plan Update. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

Second Transportation Plan Update Public Meeting Set for Tuesday

The City of Sheridan last adopted a transportation plan in 2009 that included input from a steering committee, individual stakeholders, members of the community and previous planning efforts. The City is in the process of updating the transportation plan by developing the next steps that were outlined in the 2009 plan. The City hosted a public meeting in late September and will host another on Tuesday night at the Sheridan Fulmer Library. City Administrator Stu McRae.

McCrae said a brief presentation will be given followed by community engagement activities and questions and answers. Once again, the Transportation Plan Update public meeting will be Tuesday, October 22 at 5:30 pm at the Sheridan Fulmer Public Library in the Inner Circle Meeting Room.
