Pat BlairA waiver has been requested for a temporary increase in turbidity in the Little Tongue River in Sheridan County.
The request is from Larry Hanft to the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality Water Quality Division, and approval would allow the turbidity of the river to exceed normal standards for five working days, subject to monitoring and reporting.
Proposed activities include head gate maintenance, and the applicant has received a 404 permit for the project from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
