Sheridan Commission Approves License Agreements

Aaron PalmerSheridan County’s Commissioners, in their Consent Agenda at their last regular meeting, approved three utility installation license agreements and a Master License Agreement for water service.
Approved was License Agreement #2409LA with Montana-Dakota Utilities (MDU) for a bored crossing installation of single-phase underground conductor at County Road #127 a/k/a Upper Prairie Dog Road, for a fee of $165.
Approved was License Agreement #2410LA with Charter Communications/Spectrum for installation of utilities from aerial to underground at County Road #76A a/k/aLeopard Street, for a fee of $776.50.
And approved was License Agreement #2411LA with Ward Ranch, LLC for an open trench installation of a 2-inch irrigation line at County Road #114 for a fee of $960; and a Master License Agreement, #M24-04 with the county for water service.
