Aaron PalmerA subdivision permit application with a variance from Powder Horn Ranch-2, LLC has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.
During their regular meeting this week, County Planner Mark Reid explained that the applicant applied for the permit on a 1.49-acre property on Heather Hill Lane zoned as “Planned Unit Development,” to vacate three existing lots and establish two new lots from the area platted as Lots 1, 2, and 3, Powder Horn Estates-Phase One.
He gave more details.
No comment was offered during the public hearing on the application.
The commission then voted to approve both the variance request and the subdivision application.
