JCHC CEO Discusses Construction With Board
The current capital construction project at the Johnson County Healthcare Center is ongoing, and “everywhere,” according to CEO Luke Senden, who during their recent meeting, updated the hospital board on where the project currently sits.
Senden said he received a new design for the expansion of the parking area. Although there isn’t a cost as yet, it should be affordable, he said, and will add 16 or 17 new parking spaces in the lot.
In the meantime, he is looking at other parking areas at churches near the JCHC that may be available for employee parking during the construction project.
Senden said he and managers have been going through designs for Phase II of the construction project making changes and tweaks to the plans.
