Mrs. Mildred French was arrested in Gillette this morning and will be returned to Sheridan for trial on a charge of forging a number of checks here.
G. V. Stack, contractor in charge of constructing the Sheridan-Big Horn concrete road, has issued assurance that the road will be completed in the near future.
The arrival of a number of new families in Sheridan the past week has revived the housing problem. Houses and apartments are unusually scarce.
A definite Lenten program is to be observed for the first time in the history of the Congregational church in Sheridan.
