Ron RichterThe House Select Committee investigating the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol held their final public hearing Monday and issued its final report to Congress on the investigation. Following an 18-month investigation, the Committee announced four criminal referrals to the Department of Justice against former President Donald Trump that include conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction of an official proceeding, conspiracy to make a false statement and inciting an insurrection.
Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY), Vice-Chair of the January 6 Committee, said every president in our history has defended the orderly transfer of authority, except one. She said January 6, 2021 was the first time an American President refused his Constitutional duty to transfer power peacefully to the next.
Cheney said the former president chose to do nothing while his supporters stormed the Capitol – delaying the election certification process.
Cheney said the Committee recognizes that their work has only begun; it’s only the initial step in addressing President Trump’s effort to remain in office illegally. Prosecutors are considering the implications of the conduct that the Committee described in their report, as are citizens all across our nation.

Time to move on, Liz. Just head for K Street and grab more money. You set a world record with your loss in the GOP primary. Never before had a sitting congressman/woman lost an election by almost 40 points. Good bye.

Charley.. I would think a man of your great intelligence would think deeper than a bird bath on Liz. Perhaps the 40 points was not the candidate but rather the lied too, trump cult voters. I sure did not vote for Liz but she earned my deep respect during her term, even though she voted with trump 90% of the time.

Thank You Liz !!! You are a real American patriot and defended our Constitution from the dump’s overthrow attempt. Very Sad that Wyoming voters believe the big lie and the big liar, we need honest thinking patriots in Congress.

You folks are worse than Dorsey’s twitter with your censorship. You might as well eliminate comments altogether if the little things offend you. Since the communists on the J6 committee rely on the FBI for much of their info, perhaps you can write a story about how corrupt they are, especially in light of the Twitter revelations that Elon put out. You have read them, haven’t you? Buh bye, stalinists.

Tommy you know that Twitter (and Sheridan Media for that matter) is a private company right? Isn’t it one of the die-hard principals of conservatism that the Government will not meddle in private business affairs? Let free markets do what they will do. Ergo Twitter has the mandate to do with their company as they see fit. The Government has no say and should have no say in how a company runs its self.
