County Planner Mark Reid explained that the Shawn G. Madden Trust had applied for the CUP for Cassie Madden to operate the business on 46 acrea of the larger 91+ acre property on Decker Road.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval with some conditions including lighting restrictions and Wyoming Department of Transportation approval of highway access and signage.
