Muller Appointed Viewer for Proposed Property Vacation

County Engineer Ken Muller has been approved as the viewer in the vacation of property by Sheridan County’s Commissioners.

The property is an alley in Block 53 of the Downers Addition in Sheridan County.

A petition to vacate was filed by a number of landowners in the area for the commission to consider.

Wyoming State Statute says a viewer will examine the proposed vacation, and consider both public and private consequences.

Muller will oversee the proposed vacation to decide whether or not it is practical and will give his final recommendations in a written report to the county commission.
