Chamber Celebrates New Sheridan Hills Subdivision

The Chamber celebrated the new Carlton Construction Sheridan Hills Subdivision with an Ambassadors’ ribbon cutting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Located at 3056 Pine Hills Dr., off Real Bird Way, Sheridan Hills is an affordable housing development consisting of single-family homes, town homes and single-level paired patio homes. Carlton Construction is a multigenerational company founded over 80 years ago. Doug and Michele Carlton are the owners.
