Council Approves Final Plat for Subdivision

The Sheridan City Council Monday night voted in favor of a resolution granting approval of the final plat for the C5 Subdivision, a joint City-County Subdivision.

City Public Works Director Lane Thompson said that the request to subdivide the property came from the property owners.

Thompson said that the subdivision request that was approved splits a 10 acre lot into two lots at 304 Big Goose Road. The lot is zoned in the County and as Rural Residential.
