Aaron PalmerThe vacation of a platted utility, drainage, and construction easement in the Powder Horn Ranch PUD, Phase Two subdivision has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.
According to County Planner Mark Reid, Powder River Timber, LLC applied for the vacation of the easement over the lot lines of Lots 3 and 4.
Reid said the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval with two conditions.
The commission voted to approve the vacation with the two recommendations.
