A Look Back in Time: March 4, 1921

Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on March 4, 1921.

The Sheridan Enterprise will cover every phase of the inauguration of President-elect Harding and the retirement of President Wilson, which takes place tomorrow in Washington, in a special edition of the Enterprise tomorrow.

Conservation of Sheridan’s health has prompted City Commissioner O. F. Svanberg to take the initiative in preparing petitions that ask the Sheridan City Council to create street sprinkling districts.

A special session of the City Council, called for yesterday, was adjourned until 10 o’clock this morning. The session is for consideration of bids for construction of a bridge across Big Goose creek at Eighth street and for the supply of 500 water meters to the city.
