Buffalo Residents Meet Bouchard at Town Hall Meeting

People in Buffalo turned out in good numbers Saturday to meet State Senator Anthony Bouchard (R-Laramie, Goshen Counties) who has decided to run against US Representative for Wyoming Liz Cheney in the 2022 election.

The town hall event, according to information on Facebook, was a chance to air grievances with Liz Cheney and find out about her opponent, State Senator Anthony Bouchard.

Cheney angered many in Wyoming when she voted to impeach former President Donald Trump, going against the wishes of the majority her constituents in the state.

Wyoming Republicans have since voted overwhelmingly to censure her, although she has said she will not resign her position in the US House of Representatives.

Bill Webber of Buffalo, attended the town hall meeting, saying he was angered over Cheney’s vote, and wanted to learn more about Bouchard.

Bouchard discussed why he decided to run against Cheney.
