2025 Pavement Maintenance Project

Details of a major pavement maintenance project in the North Heights area of Sheridan were presented by City Engineer Thomas Morneau at Monday night’s Sheridan City Council study session. This year’s pavement maintenance project is the second phase of the work in the North Heights area.
Staff is recommending the City Council and Mayor Rich Bridger award the bid for the project to LJS Concrete and Excavating in the amount of $2.33 million. The bid award is expected to be considered by the City Council at the next regular business meeting.
