Housing Needs Assessment

The results of a housing needs assessment and how those results correlate with the current housing situation in the City of Sheridan were presented to City officials this week. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

In December of 2021, the City of Sheridan received the results of a Housing Needs Assessment for the City and Sheridan County that was conducted by Gruen and Gruen and Associates. At this week’s Sheridan City Council meeting, City Planner Kelly Schroeder talked about some of the findings in the report.

Schroeder on if the City is on track to meet the recommendations that were outlined in the report.
