Sheridan Commission Ratifies Certificate of Substantial Completion

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, at their meeting this week, ratified the Certificate of Substantial Completion for the Sheriff’s Office Renovation and Coroner’s Office/Morgue Project.

According to the document, the work on the project has been reviewed and found by the architect to be substantially complete, which is the stage in the progress of work according to the contract documents, so that the owner can occupy or utilize the space for its intended use.

The project’s contract amount was set at $1.88 million at the beginning of the project in 2022 when it was awarded to Dick Anderson Construction of Sheridan.
