Dining for a Cause Raises Over $122,000 for The Food Group

The latest Dining for a Cause held at Frackelton’s Restaurant on Tuesday, March 4 raised funds for The Food Group of Sheridan. During the event, all proceeds and tips to service staff from Frackelton’s in Sheridan went directly to The Food Group to match a generous donation of $55,000 from St. Peter’s Episcopal Church that was secured through grants from the state diocese of the church. In total, The Food Group received $122,792 that will be used to help ensure nutritious food reaches children in Sheridan County who may miss meals or go hungry entirely.

Thank you Frackletons!!! Sadly we have so many that depend on this food bank; I used it during covid when our country lost so many we loved. If food stamps are cut, more will go without food.i am raising a large garden and will donate often; we must all do what we can to help others. It adds up. Thank you again.
