Jo Co Commission Approves VOA Alternative Treatment Contract

Johnson County’s Commissioners approved and accepted a contract with Volunteers of America (VOA) to provide Alternative Treatment Court Services to the county.

County Attorney Tucker Ruby gave more details to the commission at their meeting this week.

Ruby said the county has had a good working relationship with VOA over the years and have been able to contract with them every year to provide these services.

He asked for the commission to approve the chairman and the county clerk to sign the contract, which is the same contract as in previous years.
