JCSD1 Committee Recommends Corbin For Meadowlark Principal

The Meadowlark Elementary Principal Interview Committee has made a recommendation to Johnson County School District #1 Superintendent Charles Auzqui, choosing John Corbin to be the next principal at MES.

The committee, organized by district administration, has conducted interviews with 14 candidates, and made their recommendation to Auzui last week.

According to information provided by Auzqui, he supports the committee’s decision, and Corbin will be offered the position to begin with the 2025-26 school year.

Auzqui will bring the recommendation to the Johnson County School Board for their approval at their next meeting March 10.
