Buffalo Crews Performing Snow Removal During Recent Storms

Buffalo City Works Director Kevin Silbernagel, in his report to the city council at their last regular meeting, said city crews had been busy cleaning up from the recent wintery weather.

He said they had worked well into the overnight hours to clear snow from the city’s priority routes to prepare for people to get to work and school the next morning.

He gave some reminders to residents to consider during these periods of snow and cold temperatures.

Silbernagel said by doing so, residents can hopefully avoid frozen and/or burst pipes.
