Sheridan Commission OKs Vacation of Right-of-Way

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, at Tuesday’s regular meeting, considered the approval of the vacation request on a public right-of-way in the Downer Addition.
County Engineer Ken Muller gave details on the process for the vacation of the right-of-way.
According to the Resolution, the right-of-way, named Ash Avenue, is located between Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block 76 and Lots 1 and 2 of Block 81 within the Downer Addition to Sheridan.
The commission voted to approve the vacation.
