Sheridan County OKs Agreement With Ranchester

The Sheridan County Commission discussed a proposed Cooperative Agreement between the county and the Town of Ranchester concerning County Road #67, a.k.a. Wolf Creek Road, a.k.a. Gillette Street.

The agreement terms were explained by County Engineer Ken Muller during the commissioner’s meeting Tuesday.

Muller said once theplans and cost estimate is completed, funding can be applied for and if successful construction can begin.

If not, the county and Town of Ranchester will need to revisit if they can fund the project.

Both parties will split the cost of the plans and cost estimate equally.
