Buffalo Council Awards Street Contract, Water Tap

In their meeting Tuesday evening the Buffalo City Council approved and awarded the contract for the Fetterman/Burritt street reconstruction project to Barnum Construction of Buffalo.

Project Engineer Nelson Engineering of Buffalo gave the recommendation to the council to accept the bid from Barnum and award the contract for just over $2.75 million.

The council voted to approve and accept the bid and award the contract to Barnum Construction.

Also approved by the council at the meeting was a request to connect to a city water line outside of the city limits from a residential user.
