Chair of the newly formed Bighorn Arts Collective and Executive Director at The Brinton Museum Kendra Heimbuck and Vice Chair of the Bighorn Arts Collective and Deputy Director at Ucross Foundation Caitlin Addlesperger called into Public Pulse to talk about the art collective and why Celebrate the Arts has undergone major changes.
According to Addlesperger, the Bighorn Arts Collective formed organically, when directors of Sheridan’s arts organizations came together to share ideas.

For five years, these local arts organizations came together to present Celebrate the Arts. The festival celebrated the vibrant visual, literary and performing arts communities within the Sheridan Region. Celebrate the Arts has been rebranded and reorganized.
According to Heimbuck, what once spanned many days, in many locations, organized by many entities will now consolidate under the Bighorn Arts Collective.
