Buffalo’s City Council has approved a request for a Building Permit Fee waiver from the Buffalo Trap & Skeet Club for a proposed new building to be built on city-owned land at the shooting complex near the wastewater treatment plant.
Buffalo Trap & Skeet Club representative Jim Dawson came before the council during their last regular meeting to make the request for the fee waiver.
City Building Inspector/Planner Terry Asaytold the council that the amount to be waived on the building permit would be $1,612.80; the water tap and sewer tap fees would be $2,500 each for a total request of $6,612.80.
The council voted to approve the waiver of fees with Councilwoman Myra Camino voting against.
