Sheridan County Approves Resolution for Right-of-Way

Sheridan County has approved a resolution that will accept excess right-of-way lands on Interstate 90 from the Wyoming Department of Transportation.

The area is located on County Roads #121 and #82, a.k.a Gulch Road and Kittering Road.

County Engineer Ken Muller explained the relinquishment of the

right-of-way.

Muller said the county will gain roughly 2½ to 3 acres of property if the relinquishment is approved, but that will be determined once WYDOT’s Transportation Commission approves it, and a survey is completed.
