Buffalo Council OKs Special Use Permit

A Special Use Permit (SUP) for the property at 4 South Main Street has been approved by the Buffalo City Council.

At their Tuesday meeting, the council was given more details on the SUP by Building Inspector Terry Asay, who explained that Big 85 Properties, the owner of the building that houses Fourth on Main had submitted the application in February.

According to discussions, there are some upgrades and renovations planned, including sprinkler systems and fire alarms throughout the building.

The council approved the SUP.
