Wrench Ranch Properties Revised Master Plan

A revision to a master plan was recently addressed by the Sheridan City Council. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

A revision to the Wrench Ranch Properties Master Plan was approved by the Council at their recent meeting. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer said the resolution for the revised master plan came with a positive recommendation from the City Planning Commission.

Mercer discussed the details of the revision.

Mercer said the surrounding properties to the north, south, and east are zoned Gateway/Master Plan and from the Master Plan are zoned mixed use and commercial.  The properties to the west are zoned HE-Higher Education and R-3 Residential District.
