The Villages Phase One Minor Subdivision

A resolution for the The Villages Phase One Minor Subdivision was an item of consideration at the recent business meeting of the Sheridan City Council. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer provides the details of the subdivision request.

The resolution for the subdivision received unanimous approval by the City Council. Mercer said the subdivision is located north of Interstate 90, west of Decker Road in the Wrench Ranch Phase Two Master Plan Subdivision.
