Pat BlairNow here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on March 16, 1920.
C. A. Hill, a teamster employed at the Adams ranch of the Sheridan Sugar company, mysteriously disappeared four days ago and hasn’t been heard of since.
At an inquest conducted by County Coroner Dr. C. E. Stevenson, a jury returned a verdict that Mike Zourich met his death from injuries received by being struck and run over by an inter-urban streetcar. The incident happened at 4:30 o’clock yesterday afternoon north of the elevator on the Wrench ranch.
Mrs. Elva Boyle has purchased Lot 9 in Block 31, Sheridan Land company’s addition, from A. W. Wilker.
