Final Plat Approved for Sheridan Hills Subdivision

A request to subdivide property near Malcolm Wallop Park in Sheridan was an item of consideration at this week’s Sheridan City Council meeting. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
The Sheridan Hills Subdivision subdivides 10.3 acres from one tract into 84 lots and four outlots. Zoned Gateway District, the property is located at 2955 Real Bird Way near Malcolm Wallop Park. Prior to the City Council’s vote on the final plat of the subdivision, City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer provided information on the variances that were part of the resolution.
Mercer said the resolution came with a positive recommendation from the City Planning Commission. The City Council unanimously approved the resolution for the final plat of the subdivision.
