It’s time to kick off your boot

The Sheridan Chamber of Commerce will host the WYO Rodeo Boot Kick off on Tuesday July 11 at Whitney Commons. 

The WYO Rodeo Boot Kick Off is the traditional beginning of Sheridan’s WYO Rodeo week. 

A total of $1300 in Chamber Bucks prize money is up for grabs and will be awarded to winners in different age groups.

While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Sheridan WYO Rodeo Board Secretary Brandy Campbell spoke on the opening event of Sheridan’s homecoming.

Due to limited competition spots, Campbell suggested arriving early to ensure those who wish to do so, can compete for Chamber Bucks.

Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. July 11, at the Whitney Commons and the WYO Rodeo royalty will be in attendance to help out with the fun.

Host of Public Pulse, Floyd Whiting, will be joined by Sheridan Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Officer Dixie Johnson to talk on more details of the Boot Kick Off, Monday at 9 a.m. on 930AM KROE and 103.9 FM.
