Next UW President Should Be Named Soon

The next President of the University of Wyoming is anticipated to be selected in the coming days. UW Vice President For Communications and Marketing Chad Baldwin said that their Board of Trustees have already narrowed the field down to 3.

Each of the candidates has been participating in scheduled public appearances this week, with feedback being collected by those that wish to give it. Baldwin expects that the Trustees will come to a consensus very soon.

The Trustees have scheduled a meeting for Thursday, although Baldwin noted that they will likely not take any action on the Presidency.
