Didn’t Make the Cut

Many of the more than 350 proposed pieces of legislation for the 2020 Budget Session of the 65th Wyoming Legislature didn’t make the cut for introductions. Local Senator Dave Kinskey highlights three such bills that he was happy to see defeated.
