Biteman Talks I-80 Toll, Second Amendment Bills

During the first 3 weeks of the 2020 Budget Session, the 65th Wyoming Legislature has worked through many different pieces of legislation in addition to focusing much of their time on crafting the state’s budget for the next two fiscal years. Local Senator Bo Biteman was pleased about the outcome for two bills that deal with sensitive subjects.

Senator Biteman is a co sponsor on Local Representative Mark Jennings’s House Bill 118 titled Second Amendment Preservation Act. The last action on the measure came in the form of a committee vote to send it on to the committee of the whole. All of the local delegation have supported it thus far.
