JCSD#1 Board Approves Employment Recommendations

At their recent regular meeting the Johnson County School Board, in their Consent Agenda, voted to accept the employment recommendations for the district’s schools.

There were a number of recommendations for instructors throughout the district as well as approval of resignations of coaches, a custodian and a mechanic, and the resignation of Cameron Kukuchka as the district’s Technology Director, which will take effect June 30.

There were also transfers of instructors between schools within the district as well.

The full list of employment recommendations approved by the board are listed below.

Recommendation:

Andrew Borgialli – Business Instructor, Buffalo High School (rescinded resignation).

Savana Hinz – Elementary Instructor, Cloud Peak Elementary (one year only).

Jannel Preuit – Elementary Instructor, Meadowlark Elementary (one year only).

Lauren Williams – Special Ed Instructor, Cloud Peak Elementary (new).

Kaley Ragan – Elementary Instructor, Kaycee K-12 School (new).

Jill Wright – Special Education, Meadowlark Elementary (new).

Chris Debban – Social Studies Instructor, Kaycee K-12 School (replaces Cody Koch).

Travis Hetland – Half Time English Instructor, New West (new).

Elizabeth Hetland – Spanish Instructor, Buffalo High School (replaces Tracie Kirven).

Corey Stoltenburg – FT Maintenance, District (new).

Camden Callan – Elementary Instructor, Cloud Peak Elementary (replaces Aimee Shreve).

Resignation:

Tony Rouse – Asst. Girls Basketball Coach, Kaycee High School (effective immediately).

Laura Pierson – Head Girls Basketball Coach, Kaycee High School (effective immediately).

Terri Adsit – Floater Custodian, District (effective May 20, 2022).

Don Larsen – Mechanic, District (effective June 2, 2022).

Cameron Kukuchka – Technology Director, District (effective June 30, 2022).

Transfer:

Aimee Shreve – move from Elementary Instructor, CPES to Art Instructor, CPES/CCMS (replaces Adam Helzer).

Tracie Kirven – move from Spanish Instructor to English Instructor, Buffalo High School (replaces Sandy Moon).
