Fire Hydrant Flushing To Done In Northwest Sheridan Area

Beginning in June and lasting into August, Sheridan Fire-Rescue personnel will be performing hydrant flushing, servicing and collecting flow data.

The task will be done on hydrants west of Main Street, between West 5th and Seymour Streets.

Work could cause temporary discoloration and other issues with water in some households.

If that happens, Sheridan Fire-Rescue recommends you allow the water to run for a few minutes so it will clear up.
