Aaron PalmerThe Johnson County Commission has filled a number of vacancies on a number of county boards.
During their Tuesday meeting, the commission approved the following appointments to various boards.
Kim Harvey was approved to a 3-year term on the Recycling Center Board. Terry Urruty will serve a 3-year term on the Library Board. Peter Schumacher was given a 5-year term on the Airport Board. Byron Geis was approved to a 4-year term on the Fair Board. Dr. Brian Cotant, DDS and Dr. Dwayne Christensen, DVM were re-appointed to annual appointments on the Board of Health. Manny Rodriguez and Julie Baker were given 3-year terms on the Planning Commission. Jon Cordonier will serve a 3-year term on the Lodging Tax Board. A 3-year term on the Harold Jarrard Park Board was filled by Keri Malson. Vicki Gearhart will serve a 2-year term on the Mt. Plains Heritage Park Board. Jim Gripp was appointed to a 3-year term on the Predator Control Board. Marilyn Connolly will serve on the Northern Wyoming Mental Health Board.
