Sheridan Commission OKs Library Project Change Order

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a change order for the Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library’s Roof/ HVAC project.

The change order is the fourth on the project, and is for just under $15,000 which along with the previous change orders amounting to over $50,000 brings the total on the project to $1.91 million so far.

The original contract amount for the Roof/HVAC project was was set at $1.025 million.

Dick Anderson Construction of Sheridan was awarded the contract for the project in late 2020 and the substantial completion date was set at July 27^th of 2021.
